What is Vitamin B6?
Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, which includes pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, exists in the form of phosphate in the body, is a water-soluble vitamin, easy to destroy in the light or alkali, not resistant to high temperature. This product is white crystalline powder, odorless, sour taste. Melting point 205 ~ 209ºC (decomposition), has sublimation, easily soluble in water (1:45), slightly soluble in ethanol (1:90). Soluble in chloroform, insoluble in ether. Aqueous solutions are acidic, and 10% of aqueous solutions have a pH of about 3.2.
